ریل مشترک در انژکتور سوخت
Abstract:
In the common rail system, fuel is distributed to the injectors from a high pressure accumulator, called the rail. The rail is fed by a high pressure fuel pump. The pressure in the rail, as well as the start and end of the signal that activates the injector for each cylinder are electronically controlled.
The term "common rail" refers to the fact that all of the fuel injectors are supplied by a common fuel rail which is nothing more than a pressure accumulator where the fuel is stored at high pressure. This accumulator supplies multiple fuel injectors with high-pressure fuel.
چکیده:
در سیستم ریل مشترک، گازوئیل از یک آاکومولاتور( انباره) فشار بالا بنام ریل روی انژکتورها توزیع میشود.
این ریل از طریق پمپ گازوئیل با فشار بالا تغذیه می گردد.
میزان فشار این ریل و همچنین شروع و پایان سیگنالی که انژکتور را برای هر سیلندر فعال میکند، به صورت الکترونیکی کنترل می شود
اصطلاح "ریل مشترک" به این مفهوم است که همه انژکتورهای سوخت توسط یک ریل سوخت مشترک تغذیه میشوند که در واقع یک انباره فشار است که در آن سوخت با فشار بالا ذخیره می گردد.
همین انباره،است که سوخت با فشار بالا را برای انژکتورها تأمین میکند.
